ACCSR values our partnerships with international and local organisations who share our passion for standing at the forefront of responsible business practice.
ACCSR has been a registered Organisational Stakeholder of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) since 2004. We support the mission of the GRI to develop globally accepted sustainability reporting guidelines through a global, multi-stakeholder process.
We are also a Certified Training Partner of the GRI. Our two-day training program, “How to Prepare a Best-Practice Sustainability Report”, has been taken by more than 300 people since 2010.
ACCSR is a member of the Global Compact, which provides the world’s most widely endorsed set of principles on corporate social responsibility. We are also members of the Global Compact Network Australia.
ACCSR is in a three year partnership with Sustainable Business Australia, with a program of work that aims to introduce the World Business Council for Sustainable Development’s (WBCSD) corporate reporting program ‘Redefining Value’ to the Australian business community. The Redefining Value program was established as part of WBCSD’s 2020 Vision to integrate natural and social capital measurement and valuation into corporate performance management and decision-making. The goal of the program is to improve the effectiveness of non-financial internal and external reporting so that it progressively reflects the true value, profits and costs of a company.
ACCSR’s collaboration with La Trobe University since 2008 (originally through the former Graduate School of Management and now through the La Trobe Business School) has resulted so far in the development of a Graduate Certificate Program in corporate responsibility, teaching support, provision of student awards, joint publications, research, conferences and other events. We are very proud of our contribution to the professional development of CSR through our association with La Trobe Business School.
ACCSR is delighted to collaborate with Greenbizcheck for sustainable supply chain solutions. Through this partnership, we offer the Supply Chain Sustainability Tracker, a free, easy-to-use, online tool to help you determine the sustainability risks inherent in your supply chain. We also provide custom online Supply Chain Management Platforms to help you manage risks, reduce costs, engage suppliers and enhance reporting.
We are proud to work with Incite Sustainability from Cape Town on sustainability strategy projects and training programs in Africa and Australia.
Bureau Veritas, through a global network of experts, assists ACCSR’s clients with Report Verification and Assurance Services. The result is legitimate and credible sustainability reporting, which enables internal and external stakeholders to confidently make informed judgments, decisions and actions.
