Felicity Richards is a Consultant at ACCSR. She joined the ACCSR team in 2016 and currently works on research, strategy, and reporting projects using her experience in stakeholder engagement, interviewing, and report writing.
Previously, Felicity worked as a social research consultant where she evaluated the reputational impact of unsustainable investments in the banking and finance sector. Prior to this, she worked in the not-for-profit sector in South Australia assisting in campaigns to educate children on human rights issues.
Felicity’s first degree is in International Development and Arts majoring in Politics and French from the University of Adelaide where she published research that focused on the consequences of minerals mining for local communities in the DRC. She completed the Master of Diplomacy and Trade at Monash University during which time she evaluated various aspects of sustainability within the social and business environments travelling to both Latin America and Europe. Her interests include ethical sourcing in supply chains, shared value, and Australia’s transition to a low carbon economy.
