GRI Standards launched in Melbourne and Sydney!

It went like this. First New York, then Pretoria, then Sydney and Melbourne!

That was how the official GRI Standards launches began. They will be held in around 30 countries between November and May 2017.

ACCSR was delighted to be the official launch partner for the GRI Standards launches in Australia. Laura Espinach (GRI Standards Manager), Sandra Genee (GRI Sr. Coordinator Corporate & Stakeholder Relations), and Michael Nugent (Acting Chair, GRI Global Sustainability Standards Board) were on hand for the booked-out events in Sydney and Melbourne.

The GRI Standards are the first global standards for sustainability reporting. They feature a modular, interrelated structure, and represent the global best practice for reporting on a range of economic, environmental and social impacts.
