Short Course Booking Policy

Booking and payment

When you complete and submit the course booking form, you are making us an offer to attend one or more training courses on the terms and conditions stated below. You can expect to receive a reply from us accepting your booking within two working days. When we confirm your booking, we are accepting your offer on these same terms and conditions. When we accept your offer, we have concluded with you a legally binding agreement subject to the laws of the State of Victoria.

Upon acceptance of your booking, we will send you an invoice by email. The invoice we send you is due for immediate payment. Payment is accepted in the form of electronic bank transfer (our full bank details are stated on the invoice), by MasterCard, Visa and American Express (a 2.5% surcharge applies on American Express), or by cheque payable to ACCSR Consulting Pty Ltd.

We reserve the right to deny admission to a course to any person who has not fully paid their course fee in advance of the course start date. In the event that a class becomes full or over-subscribed, priority will be given to bookings that are fully paid in advance of the course start date.

Cancellations, substitutions, and transfers

If you can’t attend the workshop you have booked you may send an alternative delegate without penalty. Transfers of this nature can only be made once and must be notified at least three days in advance

If you can’t attend the workshop you have booked you can transfer to another workshop if advised in writing at least one week prior. Transfers of this nature can only be made once and must be used within six months.

No-shows on the day result in loss of payment.

Cancellations in writing one month prior will receive a full refund less $100 administration fee. No refunds applicable after this date.

Fees include your attendance at the relevant training course/s, the provision of a training course manual and lunch and refreshments as advertised for the relevant course.

Indemnity

Should for any reason outside the control of ACCSR the venue or speakers change or the event be cancelled, ACCSR will endeavour to reschedule, but the client hereby indemnifies and holds ACCSR harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses including legal fees which are incurred by the client. The laws of the State of Victoria govern this agreement in all respects.

Please keep our cancellation policy in mind when making airline reservations as we cannot be responsible for fees incurred for cancelling your ticket.

If we have insufficient bookings to economically run a scheduled course, we reserve the right to cancel the course by notifying all participants that their course has been cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, clients are eligible for a free transfer to another training date or a full refund.
